On the second day of the tour you will visit Haghartsin Monastery, which is a masterpiece of Armenian architecture, Goshavank Monastery founded by the outstanding Armenian thinker and priest Mkhitar Gosh, as well as Sevanavank Monastery majestically towering above Lake Sevan. In addition, you will have a walk along the old-time Sharambeyan street in Old Dilijan and relax on the shore of the picturesque Lake Parz ("Transparent Lake").

On the third day of the trip you will get acquainted with the peculiarities of creating Armenian carpets in the Megerian Carpet museum-factory, where you can buy souvenirs, as well as take part in the wine-tasting at the Areni winery and visit the centuries-old Areni-1 cave, where the oldest winery and shoes in the world were discovered. As part of a tour in Armenia you will visit the Noravank Monastery built in the Middle Ages and surrounded by amazingly beautiful red mountains, as well as the Khor Virap Monastery, where the first Catholicos of All Armenians, St. Gregory the Illuminator, was imprisoned for thirteen years and from where you can admire the best view of the sacred Mount Ararat.

On the fourth day you will make a sightseeing tour around Yerevan and visit the Echmiadzin Cathedral — one of the first Christian churches in the world, where today the residence of the Catholicos of all Armenians is located. You will also see the churches of St. Gayane and St. Hripsime, built in honor of the martyrs persecuted from Rome because of their commitment to Christianity, and the ruins of the Zvartnots Cathedral (“Celestial Angels Cathedral”), which gave rise to a new style in world architecture due to its magnificent appearance.
